Do you host private parties?

ABSOLUTELY! We’d love to have your party here. We’ve hosted after parties for wedding receptions, birthdays, festivals, and memorials. We are a safe space for all and would love to be the spot you gather to.
How much does it cost to host a private event at Drifters?

Weekdays from 11am-2pm: $500 Weekends from 11am-2pm: $750
Weekdays from 2pm-6pm: $750 Weekends from 2pm-6pm: $900
Weekdays from 6pm-11pm: $1,500 Weekends from 6pm-12am: $2,250
These time slots are flexible so please let us know how we can create the perfect package for you.
If your event ends within 3 hours before our normal closing time (11pm M,W,TH- 12am F& Sa- 8pm Su) you will still be charged the same since we are not likely going to be able to open to the public after your event.
What is included when booking a private event?

The packages above include private access to the space, bartenders, two bathrooms, three tables (6.5×2.5ft) , 5 small round adjustable height tables, 3 small round high top tables, 43 seats (three leather love seats, 12 wooden folding chairs, 25 bar stools.
Capacity of space is 45 people.
You may bring in your own food.
All alcoholic beverages must be provided by venue. No outside alcohol.
No animals are allowed except service dogs.
Add on options:

Sound Technician: $100 an hour- this add on is required if you plan on bringing in a band, musician, karaoke, DJ, anyone needing a microphone, or wanting access to the speakers. In addition this also gives you access to our disco ball, stage lighting, microphones, PA speakers. Musicians will need to bring their own amps and instruments. All additional entertainment will need to be discussed ahead of time to coordinate their set up with the sound technician.
Special Alcohol Purchases: must know three weeks prior to event what special alcohol to order for your event. We currently carry Deep Roots Vodka, Cismontane Gin, Alida Tequila, Jeppson’s Bourbon, Guinigi Prosecco, Nomadica Red, Sparkling White, and Rose canned wine, PRESS Seltzers, N/A Best Day Brewing Beer, Coors Banquet, PBR, Modelo, Juice Caboose IPA, Face Down Brown, and Insane Rush IPA. We squeeze all of our juices fresh and have a limited cocktail and mocktail menu available.
Alcohol: Bar tabs can be open to your guests or we can charge them individually.
Adjusting furniture: $50- We are a thrift store and a bar, if you haven’t been in, we’ve got an amazing curated collection of vintage finds. All of our clothing racks are on wheels for easy moving. We’d be happy to move things around for you if its not the vibe.
